General

  • Opening hours camping area

    Thursday 14 Uhr – Monday 12 Uhr.

  • After 6 p.m., there could be very long waiting times at the lifts or closures at the Old Elbe Tunnel. The large elevators have the following opening hours: Monday to Friday from 05:30 to 20:00; Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00. Outside these hours, only a small elevator is available. Therefore, please use an alternative route for a later arrival and for the way back, e.g. through the Hafencity and then over the Freihafen-Elbbrücke. Continue via "Am Saalehafen" and "Veddeler Damm". From there, turn into "Klütjenfelder Straße", which becomes the "Reihersteig-Hauptdeich" and then leads via "Bei der Wollkämmerei" to the festival site.

At the "Schlengendeich" you can park your bikes on our signposted, free bike parking spaces directly at the site - please use them. There is no reason to hang up the construction fences or block the road.

    Bike hotel

To keep your bicycles safe while you are with us, we will have a guarded bicycle hotel again this year, for which a fee will be charged.

  • If you travel by public transport, take the S31 or S3 in the direction of Buxtehude/Neugraben/Stade and get off at Wilhelmsburg. Get off there and cross the pedestrian bridge in the direction of the Inselpark (Neuenfelder Str. / the colorful building). You will first be on Neuenfelder Straße, which then becomes Mengestraße. Walk along this street for about 10 minutes and then turn left into Georg-Wilhelm-Straße. Then you have to cross Wilmansstraße and come to Schlengendeich. From there you only have to cross the pedestrian bridge Veringkanal (White Bridge) and you are done.

Important: You can't get to the site via Reiherstieg-Hauptdeich! There is only a exit

  • By MOIA

You can take a MOIA and arrive in about 5 minutes walking distance to the festival. You need this app if you don't have it yet. The MOIAs are active from Thursday 05:00 to Sunday 06:00 and then again from Sunday 08:00 to 24:00.

If you arrive by taxi, please use the following address: "Schluisgrove/Schlengendeich", Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg. Only there it is possible to enter.

If you would like to be taken there, please use our drop-off area. This is located at Schluisgrove. Here, please drive to the end of the road first, turn around and get in line. When it is your turn, please only get out, unload and drive away again. so that the cars behind you do not have to wait too long. The area is signposted. Please follow the instructions of the stewards - otherwise there will be traffic jams and trouble with neighboring companies!

    By car

If you have booked a "BULLI-CAMPING" ticket you can access the parking area with your car. These parking lots are limited. Otherwise it is not possible to reach the festival area by car. Also our neighbourhood in Wilhelmsburg does not serve as a car park, so please be considerate and leave your cars at home!

This year we will again offer a limited number of lockers for you during the opening hours of the grounds. To be on the safe side, please bring your own padlock for the lockers.

    Checkroom

We want to make it possible for every guest to move freely around MS DOCKVILLE. The festival area is a fallow and meanwhile green industrial area - bumpy and ungraded. We will prepare the area as best as possible for you.

Barrier-free stands are available at the mainsheet and foresheet stages, where you can stay at any time with a maximum of 1 accompanying person.

We have barrier-free portable toilets located throughout the site in the main sanitary facilities area. You will be able to borrow a Euro key for the use of the low barrier toilets for a deposit at the Awareness Stand in the Etepetete and on the Uferpark.

All recordings made without the explicit permission of the organizer or the artists are prohibited. As a consequence, criminal proceedings will be taken against the publication.

  • Police and security personnel are present and keep an eye on criminal activities on the camping and festival grounds. Nevertheless, thieves are successful now and then - here are a few tips that you should keep in mind:
    - do not take any items with you that must not be lost under any circumstances
    - take care of each other and your belongings
    - distribute money and cell phone in different bags
    - always carry important medicines with you

If, despite these measures, someone should lose something, first contact the information desk or the cashiers. If it is clear that something has been stolen, please report it to the police.

  • If you feel uncomfortable, have experienced discrimination or borderline violations, or generally need support, you can contact our awareness team: You can reach the awareness team by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram at +49 157 36407217. In general, all people who wear a pink disco ball on their body (as a vest, button or in any other form) are available for you and will support you if needed.

If you are in need of a safe and calm space the following spaces are open for you:

    Awareness Space (MS ARTVILLE area)

    Thursday 20:00-02:00
    Friday 19:00-05:00
    Saturday 19:00-05:00
    Sunday 19:00-00:30

    Awareness Interaction (MS ARTVILLE area)

    Daily. 14:00-23:30

    Awareness Space (Uferpark)

    Friday 19:30-00:30
    Saturday 19:30-00:30
    Sunday 19:30-22:30

A festival without an awareness concept is not a good festival. Therefore, here are the points that we implement and require at MS DOCKVILLE. Please take care of each other, stick to it and let's make sure together that everyone has a nice and safe time at our festival.

We do not tolerate sexism, racism and other forms of discrimination at our events - symbols and signs of fascist structures and organizations are prohibited on our premises.

We do not tolerate verbal or physical violence - this includes staring and catcalling, (i.e. sexually assaultive shouting, talking, whistling).

Certain substances can shift your perception of your own and others' boundaries: Be sure to consume responsibly and behave considerately.

Respect the boundaries of those around you: No always means no and only an unequivocal yes means yes.

Only the affected person decides what they perceive as violence or discrimination.

We do not question the experience of affected people and believe them.

Keep your shirt on: presenting yourself topless is undesirable.

Don't photograph other people without their explicit permission.

With these rules, everyone can feel comfortable and have a nice and safe festival - please stick to them and look out for each other.

  • Visitors are liable for any damage they cause. The provisions of the Youth Protection Act apply.

  • During the festival: If you have lost something, you can ask directly at the information desk on the festival site. You are also welcome to hand in found things there.

Opening hours of the info booth:
    ≫Friday (18.08.): 14:00 - 00:00
    ≫Saturday (19.08.): 14:00 - 00:00
    ≫Sunday (20.08.): 14:00 - 22:00

After the festival, all lost and found items will be collected and sent to the Central Lost and Found Office Hamburg-Altona. There you can report your lost property shortly after the festival.

  • Garbage
A festival weekend generates garbage. However, in order to not leave the festival grounds looking like a battlefield and to keep the cost of cleaning the grounds and disposing of trash as low as possible, we ask that you always dispose of trash in the bins provided. Please remember that deposit bottles and cans are recyclables that belong in the designated collection bins.

    Environmental protection
Our festival is located in a beautiful green environment that we all want to enjoy for as long as possible. Therefore, please make sure to treat trees, bushes and plants with care. Carving hearts into a tree, painting them, or giving flowers that have been plucked out may be romantic, but a love note will do just as well.

  • We have a small kiosk on our premises. Get everything you need at a festival (and maybe forgot at home). From tobacco to toothbrush, deodorant, earplugs and premium snacks. Visit the kiosk at the Etepetete and get hopefully everything your heart desires.
    ≫Thursday (17.08.): 16:00 - 22:00
    ≫Friday (18.08.): 14:00 - 02:00
    ≫Saturday (19.08.): 14:00 - 02:00
    ≫Sunday (20.08.): 14:00 - 00:00

  • In the FREIHANDELSZONE you can explore, discover and let yourself drift. You will soon find all the stands in our EXPLORE section. Would you like to run your own stand in our free trade zone? Soon you can find all the information here.

  • Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the festival grounds.

Children and adolescents between the ages of 12 and 15 are only allowed on the festival grounds if accompanied by a person authorized to act as their legal guardian or a person authorized to act as their legal guardian. A person with parental authority is any person over 18 years of age, if he or she is permanently or temporarily responsible for educational tasks on the basis of an agreement with the person with parental authority, or if he or she looks after a child or young person in the context of education or youth welfare (§ 1 para. 1 no. 4 JuSchG).

Adolescents over 16 years of age may enter MS DOCKVILLE until midnight without being accompanied by a legal guardian or legal guardian.

Parents or guardians must carry written proof of their authorization ("Elternzettel") and show a copy of the guardian's ID upon request.

The template for this authorization or our "Elternzettel" you can download here soon.

  • At (almost) all stalls you can pay for your drinks and food with card. If you need cash for the checkroom, the Freihandelszone or for a cab, you can get it at an ATM on the festival grounds. You find one on this map.

  • Nazis must stay outside! Furthermore, racist, sexist, homophobic and other harassment will be punished immediately and will result in an expulsion from the festival grounds. Prohibited symbols in any form, propaganda material, right-wing extremist music and slogans as well as extremist and unconstitutional behavior of any kind are strictly prohibited!

Camping

  • Opening hours camping area

    Thursday 14 Uhr – Monday 12 Uhr.

  • With a Bulli Ticket you gain access to the designated car camping area from Thursday (at 2 noon) to Monday (at 12 noon). You need one ticket per vehicle! Possible for vans, motorhomes or station wagons up to 3.5 tons and 6.5 meters in length. One pagoda or awning is allowed per ticket/vehicle.

The Bulli Ticket alone does not entitle you to access the festival area. The Bulli-Camping is an add on and only valid in combination with an access authorization for 3 days and camping.

  • Please do not bring glass and glass bottles. Glass is absolutely forbidden on the entire campsite and confetti is also not allowed on the campsite. Large sound systems and power generators must stay at home as well.

  • Breakfast
There will be a breakfast stall on the campsite. Here you can get all kinds of vegan treats.

    Cooking
You can take gas cookers with you to cook the food you have brought. Gas cartridges for camping cookers, for example, are allowed up to a maximum size of 450g.

    Barbecue
Barbecuing on the premises is strictly prohibited by the local fire department. However, we have set up special barbecue areas for you - please use these exclusively! Floor grills are not allowed - not even at the barbecue areas.

  • At the campsites there will be a shower camp with everything you need again this year. This can be used free of charge; just like the fancy ceramic toilets!

  • A festival weekend generates garbage. However, in order to not leave the festival grounds looking like a battlefield and to keep the cost of cleaning the grounds and disposing of trash as low as possible, we ask that you always make sure to dispose of trash in the bins provided.

    Opening hours garbage deposit
    Sunday: 09:00 - 00:00
    Monday: 07:00 - 12:00

    Attention

The 5 EUR will only be returned if you hand in the garbage chip and a full garbage bag! Remember that after Monday at 12:00 you have no possibility to get your garbage deposit back.

  • Expect anything! After all, MS DOCKVILLE takes place in the cold and unpredictable north. In addition to sun hats, sunscreen and sunglasses, your luggage should also include a rain jacket, thick jumpers and warm socks.

In the event of severe weather or other dangerous situations, we may have to evacuate the site. We will inform you about this in the app, via the loudspeaker systems on the grounds and via social media.

  • Our festival is located in a beautiful green environment that we all want to enjoy for as long as possible. Therefore, please take care to treat trees, bushes and plants with care. Carving hearts into a tree, painting them or giving flowers that have been plucked out may be romantic, but a love note will do just as well.

  • Dogs, cats, mice, rats and also your guinea pigs do not belong on our campsite and therefore it is not allowed to bring them. Save your four-legged friends the stress and noise and leave them at home.
