Schlengendeich 12, 21107 Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg The best way to reach our festival grounds, unless you’re coming by car, is to enter “Schlengendeich 12” as your destination. From there, you can cross the pedestrian bridge over the Veringkanal and arrive directly at the band check-in.

The easiest and cheapest way to get your tickets is through our shop: www.kopfundsteine.shop/category/msdockville Tickets are not tied to a specific person, so they can be resold. But please be careful: in the past, there have been recurring problems with scammers. Stay alert and don’t get ripped off. The safest option is always to buy your ticket through our official ticket shop.

We sometimes look for ticket helpers, meaning people who help us out in exchange for a ticket. As soon as we’re ready, you’ll be able to apply via a form here. Please bring proof that you live in the area when picking up your ticket, such as an ID card or registration certificate. You must be registered in one of the following postal code areas: 21107, 21109, or 20539 (Veddel).

At the moment, only weekend tickets are available. Day tickets for Friday or Saturday will be released later — we’ll announce exactly when in good time via the newsletter, on our website, and on Instagram.

With a campervan ticket, you get a pitch for your van, bus, or vehicle — so you can sleep comfortably on what might just be Germany’s most beautiful campsite.

Important: The campervan ticket only covers your vehicle. Each person also needs a weekend ticket and a camping upgrade.

The fine print: You need one ticket per vehicle. The ticket is valid for campervans, motorhomes, or estate cars up to 3.5 tonnes and 6.5 metres in length. One gazebo or awning may be set up per ticket/vehicle. Please note that there is no electricity available.

During the festival: If you’ve lost something, you can ask directly at the info point on the festival grounds. You’re also welcome to hand in any found items there.

After the festival: All lost property will be collected and sent to the Central Lost and Found Office Hamburg-Altona. You can contact them there at any time.

Backpacks | Bags

If you’re visiting for the day or have a 2-day ticket without camping, you may bring small bags, gym bags, or tote bags onto the festival grounds — roughly the size of an A4 sheet of paper. The less stuff you bring, the faster entry will be.

Lockers & Cloakroom

This year, we’ll once again offer a limited number of lockers for rent during the festival grounds’ opening hours.

The box office is open on Friday and Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Photos and videos will be taken at the festival for documentation and marketing purposes. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this. However, our photographers are instructed to ask for your consent when taking close-ups or individual portraits.

Professional recording equipment, such as DSLR cameras or cameras with interchangeable lenses, is not permitted on the festival grounds without prior approval from MS DOCKVILLE. Small analogue or disposable cameras are allowed.

MS DOCKVILLE offers a varied and extensive selection of food. All dishes available are vegetarian or vegan; for sustainability reasons, we do not sell meat at the festival.

We have a comprehensive awareness concept in place to help everyone feel safe at our festival. If you experience discrimination or boundary-crossing behaviour, you can contact our awareness team.

They can be reached by phone, text message, and WhatsApp. The phone number and further information about our awareness concept will be shared soon across all channels.

In our Freihafen area, some of our favourite brands, shops, and initiatives will be presenting themselves — a place to browse, discover, and maybe find your new favourite accessory.

There are plenty of drinking water stations on the festival grounds. Please bring an empty water bottle to refill — no glass bottles allowed.

There is also a small kiosk on site, located by the Etepetete Bar. Here you’ll find everything you might need at a festival — including things you may have forgotten at home. From rolling papers to toothbrushes, deodorant, earplugs, and premium snacks.

Opening hours:

Friday: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.
Saturday: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.

You can pay by card for drinks and food at almost all stalls. If you need cash for the cloakroom, the Freihandelszone, or a taxi, you can withdraw money from an ATM on site.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the festival grounds.

Children and young people aged 12 to 15 may only enter when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorised adult supervisor. An authorised adult supervisor is any person over the age of 18 who has been temporarily or permanently entrusted with supervision by a parent or legal guardian, or who supervises a child or young person as part of education or youth welfare work.

Young people aged 16 and over may attend MS DOCKVILLE without being accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised adult supervisor until midnight.

Authorised adult supervisors must carry written proof of authorisation — the so-called “Elternzettel” — and be able to present a copy of the parent’s or legal guardian’s ID upon request.

Dogs, cats, mice, rats — and even your guinea pigs — do not belong at our festival, so bringing them is not allowed. Please spare your four-legged friends the stress and noise and leave them at home.

Our festival takes place in a beautiful green setting, and we’d like to enjoy it for as long as possible. Please treat trees, bushes, and plants with care.

Carving hearts into trees, painting them, or giving someone freshly picked flowers may seem romantic — but a little love letter works just as well.

Be prepared for everything! After all, MS DOCKVILLE takes place in the cool and unpredictable north. Alongside a sun hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses, your bags should also include a rain jacket, warm jumpers, and cosy socks.

In the event of severe weather or other dangerous situations, we may have to clear the festival grounds. We will inform you via the app, the PA systems on site, and our social media channels, among other things.

Visitors are liable for any damage they cause. The provisions of the German Youth Protection Act apply.

By Taxi

If you’re arriving by taxi, please use the following address: “Schluisgrove/Schlengendeich”, Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg.

Drop-Off

If someone is dropping you off, please use our designated drop-off area at Schluisgrove. Please only get out, unload your things, and move on straight away so the cars behind you don’t have to wait too long. The area will be signposted. Please follow the instructions of our stewards — otherwise there will be traffic jams!

By Car

Please note that the festival grounds are widely cordoned off. It is not possible to arrive directly at the festival site by car, as there are no parking spaces available. Our neighbourhood in Wilhelmsburg is not a car park either, so please be considerate and leave your car at home.

If you’re arriving by public transport, take the S3 or S5 towards Buxtehude / Neugraben / Stade and get off at Wilhelmsburg.

From there, cross the pedestrian bridge towards Inselpark — in the direction of Neuenfelder Straße / the colourful building. You’ll first be on Neuenfelder Straße, which then becomes Mengestraße. Follow this road for about 10 minutes, then turn left onto Georg-Wilhelm-Straße. Continue via Wilmansstraße until you reach Schlengendeich. From there, simply cross the pedestrian bridge over the Veringkanal — the white bridge — and you’ve made it.

Important: You cannot access the festival grounds via Reiherstieg-Hauptdeich.

From HafenCity, cycle via “Bei der Wollkämmerei” to the paid bike parking area, or continue on to Schlengendeich 12, where there are a limited number of public bike parking spaces.

At the festival grounds, you can park your bikes in our signposted, paid bike parking areas — our bike hotel. Please use these spaces and do not lock your bikes to the construction fences.

There will be a shuttle bus for your way back:

Friday/Saturday: 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Departure point: Reiherstieg Hauptdeich / Wollkämmerei. The way to the shuttle will be signposted on site.

Please buy your shuttle ticket in advance here.

We do not offer parking spaces on our campsite. Campervan tickets for motorhomes and campervans are not available yet.

In general, the following applies: no glass bottles, confetti, large sound systems, or power generators are allowed on the campsite.

Gas cartridges for camping stoves are permitted up to a maximum size of 450 g.

You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, but there will also be a breakfast stand and other food options available on site.

Our campsite is located directly at / next to the festival grounds, while still offering plenty of variety. There’s a large meadow with space for tents and a round of Flunkyball — and there will also be quieter areas for those who prefer a more relaxed camping experience.

Festivals produce a lot of waste. To make sure the festival grounds don’t look like a battlefield afterwards — and to keep cleaning and waste disposal costs as low as possible — please make sure to always dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided. Leaving old tents behind is not cool either.

Please note:
You’ll only get the €5 deposit back if you hand in both your trash token and a full bag of rubbish.

There will once again be a fully equipped shower camp on the campsite this year. You can use it free of charge — just like our excellent ceramic toilets!

Breakfast
There will be a breakfast stand on the campsite, offering all kinds of vegan treats.

Cooking
You’re welcome to bring a gas camping stove to prepare the food you’ve brought with you. Gas cartridges, for example for camping stoves, are allowed up to a maximum size of 450 g.

Barbecuing
Barbecuing on the grounds is strictly prohibited by the local fire brigade. However, we have set up designated barbecue areas for you — please use only these, otherwise the fire brigade will not be amused! Ground-level barbecues are not allowed, even in the designated barbecue areas.
