Jeremias DE
- Sunday
JEREMIAS hit the sound of the present, synthpop and twentysomething-ness. It sounds like optimism, stays in your ears for a long time and goes deep - you can't help but empathize. And their concerts are (as you have probably already seen on your social network of choice) a mixture of demolition, therapy session and declaration of love.
Ashnikko US
- Friday
ASHNIKKO - their songs and shows are like portals. Suddenly you are in the middle of a hyper-horny-highlife universe full of emotions. There, gender roles are disrupted and blown up, there are vendettas alongside demonic Brat Rap; but there is also alternative pop and allegorical lyrics. The American rapper/hyperpopper/most wanted musician delivers a hopeful and uninhibited journey through her musical world.
Meute DE
- Saturday
It sounds loud, dirty and bursting with energy. MEUTE: An invitation to dance and tumult, but with drums and trumpets. Their foray through genres detaches electronic music from the DJ booth and unleashes a burst of energy from the stage directly into the crowd. This is not an orchestra, this is a techo marching band - and their next battlefield in terms of sounds is the MS DOCKVILLE 2024. Welcome back!
Bilderbuch AT
- Friday
The rescue of rock music has a Vienna accent - BILDERBUCH deliver deconstructed indie approaches and Dada aesthetics, art punk and surprises. But whatever they do, it is unmistakably Bilderbuch. Sophistication, hits, hooks and that incomparable sound; your next catchy tune is already waiting for you.
Disarstar DE
- Saturday
DISARSTAR comes with criticism, class struggle and kitsch. Agitation by demolition. The Hamburg MC tells street stories from a first-person perspective and knows exactly where the enemy is: his bars are against capitalism and a broken system.
Mine DE
- Saturday
Metamorphosis has been given an update: MINE redefines mutability in new and new and new ways. She mixes singer-songwriting with pop, hip-hop, electro, a pinch of jazz and delicate, ambiguous lyrics. She talks about self-discovery, the state of the world, relationships and hopes. What follows? A blossoming, a growth, a new beginning. MINE, new again.
The Vaccines UK
- Friday
If you don't know THE VACCINES yet: lucky you, you're about to find a new favorite band. Brit-pop, indie rock, strumming guitars and tight drums - you've heard them before, but not in such an enticing, skillful and good-humoured way. Admittedly, they are no longer an insider's tip, having already played at Glastonbury and Coachella and shared the stage with Jimmy Kimmel and the Rolling Stones. But it's pop par excellence, with hooks that thousands of people besides you will be singing along to at MS DOCKVILLE - it's fun to have fun together!
Obongjayar NG
- Saturday
A true triple threat, the Nigerian-born, London-based musician OBONGJAYAR pens stirring and spiritual lyrics with a distinctive voice that flits between rap, song and spoken word. Melding afrobeats, soul, rock and hip-hop influences, he has created a bold genre-defiant musicality. Since 2022, he’s only knownone way: up. Collaborating with Little Simz and many more, his repertoire of songs and sounds keeps on expanding. He has truly reached his destination having meticulously honed his craft and comes armed with answers to some of the questions he’d spent his young career asking.
Lime Cordiale AU
- Sunday
Down under, but not down at all - apparently you can export the sun and temperatures of Australia by wrapping them in indie guitars, sparkling synth and fluffy song structures. LIME CORDIALE do just that and sound like buzz, upbeat bedroom pop and good humor.
Say Yes Dog DE
- Friday
When SAY YES DOG play at the MS DOCKVILLE, it is undoubtedly a promise. Their electropop made for exuberant dancing, plus their melodies (sometimes gentle and melancholy) between independent and synth sound have found their most beautiful form. Since their formation almost a decade ago, they have played on almost every stage on almost every continent (slight exaggeration); meanwhile they have merged into an oscillating unity. Come see!
Partiboi69 AUS
- Saturday
PARTIBOI69's sole aim is to spread digital love and blast deadly 69ing techniques live and direct into your consciousness. Described online as a "symbol of mutual love and the secret of the Australian underground", Partiboi69 is uncompromising, fusing cutting-edge computer animated graphics with the sounds of Electro Dank, Ghetto Freak and K-Tech. It's like a portal into its complex mind; a place where comfort and style are paramount, no stimulant is safe and enjoyment is always reciprocal.
Ivo Martin DE
- Saturday
One of those dreamy guys with a guitar, an expansive voice and soulful songs - for just 10 bars, you'd think IVO MARTIN was a typical musician. It's deeper, smarter and more skillful with him: the guitar in the spotlight, organically and analogously accompanied. With a head voice (they feels!) and small song experiments, he tells everyday stories and extraordinary emotions - he takes you into his world.

Zoe Wees DE
- Sunday
What are we doing this for, music? For ZOE WEES, it's not about escaping reality or entertainment; music is the source of her strength. You can hear that too: the deep, soulful voice of the 21-year-old from Hamburg characterizes her honest and authentic songs. She tells stories that stand for themselves and speak for an entire generation - her international breakthrough was her hit "Control". Since then, her community has grown up, deeply connected to Zoe Wees and her music. Welcome to the MS DOCKVILLE!
Blumengarten DE
- Friday
Sometimes it still exists, a largely intact world full of emotion and hope - you can hear it in BLUMENGARTEN. Lyrics about growing up, first love and (unfortunately) heartbreak. Reduced instrumentalization, between indie and hip-hop, with an unmistakable voice and an irresistible vibe. "Promise, everything will be fine".
Tua DE
- Sunday
TUA doesn't follow any genre conventions. Does he ever stick to conventions at all? He plunders possibilities, treasure chests of musical styles and sound constructions, seizes their drums and melodies, dips them in deep gray and seizes them in his own creation. Sometimes you can hear his background in hip hop (s/o to the Orsons), but superficially it's always Tua: honest, authentic and incredibly musical.
SALUTE AUT
- Friday
salute, aka Felix Navo, is a perfect example of the contemporary young producer somewhere between bedroom-producing, club culture and musical self-discovery. His primary inspiration provided from a scene just a few miles away: US and UK bass-culture. The sounds and trends of constantly developing music culture. In the meantime the 20 year old has moved to Brighton to study, a move that has taken him a geographic step closer to his artistic vision. Since then he has been in a never ending dialog with British club-culture. Bass, Grime and Trap are scenes and trends that have literally influenced his output without restricting the results individuality.
MCR-T DE
- Saturday
MCR-T has been delivering heavy trap and ghetto tunes for several years now. Always playful and experimental he has formed an unique sound combining different genres and styles – and he’s constantly improving his sets.
SEDEF ADASÏ DE
- Sunday
If you’re looking for new perspectives and rising talents from the german dance music scene, look no further: SEDEF ADASÏ. Resident in Munich’s famed Blitz Music Club, bouncing through euphoric techno, rough house classics, space disco and strong electro, but remaining elegant and at ease. She’s delivered in almost every club you need to deliver in as a DJ – now she’s bringing her talents to MS DOCKVILLE!
Tkay Maidza ZWE/AUS
- Saturday
Zimbabwean-Australian rapper, singer and songwriter TKAY MAIDZA presents her confident lyrics and tight flow in an electronic sound that transcends genre boundaries. Her tracks contain elements of synth-pop, hip-hop, trap and grime, among others, and have earned her comparisons with experimental musicians such as Azealia Banks and M.I.A. as well as praise from the likes of Charli XCX and Killer Mike (Run The Jewels).
DiggiDaniel DE
- Saturday
DIGGIDANIEL aka a new star of the new German wave (NNDW). The inspirations and impressions are clear to hear (Depeche Mode, The Cure or Joy Division), but DIGGIDANIEL develops his sound in a timeless manner. Big choruses, few words and a captivating atmosphere - this is how he creates his own acoustic world of confidence, melancholy and longing. Has the finiteness of the moment ever been sung about so beautifully?

HOTZ & HOUMSI
ILONA HARTMANN
BIODIVERSITY SHOW
HOTZ & HOUMSI
- Sunday
The two have already been on the MS DOCKVILLE as author respectively - both hugely acclaimed, both really delivered. But it doesn't end with the similarities between Salwa Houmsi and Sebastian "El Hotzo" Hotz: they are both 26 years old, have the same initials and are probably some of the most exciting people on the WWW. Now they share the stage at "Hotz & Houmsi", probably the most entertaining podcast on the cyberweb - and in 2024 at MS DOCKVILLE.

- Saturday
ILONA HARTMANN's new book "klarkommen" touches with fine observations and intense moments that powerfully and truthfully tell of life in all its depths, heights and shades of gray. She will be reading from it at our Festival of Music and Art.
